Laureata con lode in Architettura nel 1989 presso l’Università degli Studi di Firenze. Dal 1998 sono stata docente a contratto in Estimo presso la Facoltà di Architettura dell’Università di Firenze. Nel 2012 sono diventata Ricercatrice universitaria a tempo determinato in Estimo (ICAR/22) presso la Facoltà di Ingegneria e Architettura dell’Università Kore di Enna e, dal 2015, Professore Associato. Ad Enna ho tenuto corsi di estimo, valutazione e management nei corsi di Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale e Architettura; sono stata membro della commissione del Dottorato in Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale, supervisionando 4 dottorandi e circa 50 laureandi.Dal 2021 al 2024, sulla base di un accordo con l’Università di Firenze, ho insegnato al Dipartimento di Architettura (DIDA). Dal settembre 2024 mi trasferisco definitivamente presso la sede fiorentina e sono titolare dei corsi “Estimo, valutazione economica dei progetti ed esercizio professionale” per la laurea quinquennale in Architettura e di “Architecture and Economic Feasibility” per il corso di laurea I-CAD presso DIDA. Sono inoltre titolare del corso di Estimo per il Corso di Laurea in Tecniche e Tecnologie per le Costruzioni e il Territorio presso il Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale (DICEA).Sono autrice di oltre 60 pubblicazioni indicizzate (Scopus/ISI) sui temi della valutazione, declinata in ambiti che vanno dalla progettazione alla mobilità sostenibile. Ho avviato numerose attività di cooperazione e scambio culturale con atenei italiani e stranieri. Sono stata responsabile per l’Università Kore del progetto MSCA‑RISE 2017 WARMEST e visiting professor presso UPC (Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura del Vallès) e Gdańsk University of Technology.Dal 2014 sono socio ordinario della Società Italiana di Estimo e Valutazione (SIEV) e dal 2023 faccio parte del Centro Studi di Estimo e di Economia Territoriale.

Graduated with honors in Architecture in 1989 from the University of Florence. From 1998 I served as Adjunct Professor in Real Estate Appraisal at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Florence. In 2012 I became a Temporary University Researcher in Real Estate Appraisal (ICAR/22) at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Kore University of Enna, and since 2015 I have been Associate Professor. At Enna I taught courses in appraisal, valuation and management within the Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture programs; I was a member of the Doctorate Committee in Civil and Environmental Engineering, supervising 4 PhD students and about 50 master’s students.From 2021 to 2024, based on an agreement with the University of Florence, I taught at the Department of Architecture (DIDA). From September 2024 I will transfer permanently to the Florence campus and I am the course leader for “Estimo, Economic Evaluation of Projects and Professional Practice” for the five‑year Architecture degree and for “Architecture and Economic Feasibility” for the I‑CAD degree at DIDA. I also teach Appraisal for the degree in Techniques and Technologies for Construction and Territory at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (DICEA).I am author of over 60 indexed (Scopus/ISI) publications on valuation topics, ranging from design-related issues to sustainable mobility. I have initiated numerous cooperation and exchange activities with Italian and international universities. I was the Kore University lead for the MSCA‑RISE 2017 WARMEST project and have been a visiting professor at UPC (Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura del Vallès) and Gdańsk University of Technology.Since 2014 I have been a full member of the Italian Society of Appraisal and Valuation (SIEV) and, since 2023, a member of the Study Centre for Appraisal and Territorial Economics.
