Dottore di Ricerca in Economia e Gestione delle Imprese e dei Sistemi Locali - Dipartimento Scienze Aziendali - Università degli Studi di Firenze (Gennaio 2005).
Da Luglio 2005 a Luglio 2008 Ricercatore a Tempo Determinato per il settore disciplinare ECON-08/A (ex SECS-P/10) Organizzazione Aziendale.
Da Febbraio 2009 - Ricercatore di ruolo presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Aziendali - Università degli Studi di Firenze - per il settore disciplinare ECON-08/A - Organizzazione Aziendale.
Da 1 Marzo 2020 - Professore Associato di ruolo presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Aziendali - Università degli Studi di Firenze - per il settore disciplinare ECON-08/A - Organizzazione Aziendale.
In data 07/11/2025 ha conseguito l'Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale nel ruolo di Professore di I Fascia per il Settore Concorsuale 13/B3 (Organizzazione Aziendale).

PhD in Economics and Management of Firms and Local Systems - University of Florence (Jan. 2005).
Between June 2005 and July 2008 - Research fellow in Organization Studies.
From Feb. 2009 - Assistant Professor of Organization Studies at the Department of Economics and Management - University of Florence.
From 1st March 2020 - Associate Professor of Organization Studies at the Department of Economics and Management - University of Florence.
On November 7, 2025, she obtained the National Scientific Qualification as a Full Professor for the 13/B3 (Business Organization) discipline.
