Letizia Palazzeschi è ricercatrice (M-PSI/06 Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni) presso il Dipartimento di Formazione, Lingue, Intercultura, Letterature e Psicologia (FORLILPSI) (Sezione di Psicologia) dell'Università degli Studi di Firenze. E' membro sia del Laboratorio internazionale di Ricerca e Intervento in "Psicologia dell'Orientamento Professionale, il Career Counseling e i Talenti (LabOProCCareer&T) che del Laboratorio internazionale di Riceca e Intervento in "Psicologia Positiva Cross Culturale, Prevenzione e Sostenibilità" (CroCPos PsychP&S) (Responsabile scientifico Prof.ssa Annamaria Di Fabio) presso il Dipartimento di Formazione, Lingue, Intercultura, Letterature e Psicologia (FORLILPSI) (Sezione di Psicologia) dell'Università degli Studi di Firenze.
