Anna Marrucci is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Management at the University of Florence (IT), as well as an Adjunct Lecturer at Kent State University (USA). Anna got her PhD in Management and Business Administration from the University of Pisa (IT) in 2024. Her principal research interest concerns the role of human relationships in SMEs management. She has been a visiting researcher at University of Seville (ES) and Prague University of Economics and Business (CZ). She has published several book chapters for international publishers such as Taylor and Francis, Emerald and Palgrave; likewise, she wrote a monograph about relational learning in SMEs for Emerald. Additionally, her researches have been published in international journals such as Industrial Marketing Management, Management Decisions, Current Issues in Tourism International Journal of Emerging Markets, and British Food Journal. Since the last year, she serves in the organizing board of 2025 EURAM Conference. She actively collaborates with both national private and public higher education institutions. Drawing on her experience as junior project manager and digital transformation consultant during non-academic periods, she has honed the skills essential for effectively conveying practical needs to students.
